Dear Tico Winder
As always Christl and I hope this fall newsletter finds you all healthy if not wealthy. As is now customary we will be open for Thanksgiving so if some of you are looking for a long weekend we will be ready and waiting with a great early season special. For those of you who always come mid January get your booking requests in early. I know some of you were disappointed last year so don’t delay, it’s “first come first served”.
In keeping with the current economic climate we have kept our rates the same as last year so hopefully that will help make a “Tico” mid-winter break a reality.

Our Service Team is raring to go with both Danny and John again with us for the coming season. Danny reports having had good wind through to the end of August, as happened last year. If that is a sign of a repeat of last year we will all be happy. Check out Scotty Freeman’s trip report to see why. The water level also looks good. It has not rained too much till now but the National Power Company (ICE) has not taken too much water out, so we should be looking at a level similar to last year.
On a personal note I am happy to report that I am now a “Level 2” IKO Kite Instructor.
