Launching Kite at Tico Wind

Tico Wind rents exclusively Cabrinha kites and their Powerdrive IDS (Intelligent depower system) bar system. offers state of the art safety features and ease of use.
A member of staff will assist you in setting up your kite and assist you with launching and landing. The staff will also brief you on safety issues and rescue procedures. All clients renting are required to wear a helmet (included).

Renters without an internationally recognized certificate, (IKO, PASA or VDWS) are required to pay a $30 “supervision” fee. Should the renter not require assistance after launching the fee will be refunded. For your safety we have our jet ski on the ramp and ready to go at a moments notice.
